Hours of work: 15 hours per week, Monday – Friday (over any 2 days)
Location: Skainos, 239 Newtownards Road, Belfast (Hybrid working)
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

We are currently seeking to bring on board an experienced Finance Officer / Accounting Technician, who will bring their finance and numeracy expertise to work alongside our busy team.
This role will involve ensuring that deadlines are met and to a high standard while assisting in the preparation of financial reports on a monthly and yearly basis, managing the accounts receivable and payable functions, and BACS payroll duties (13+ employees). Given the sector we operate in, preparing and submitting grant funding claims, liaising with funders, and maintaining budgets will also be a key aspect of this role.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance role.
- Accounting Technician Qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in working in the not-for-profit sector
- Experience in preparing management accounts and profit and loss for a board
- Previous experience using Sage
- Payroll experience
- Experience in preparation of grant claims
