We are really excited to invite expressions of interest for the new empower programme. Funded by the UK government, empower will support 2000 people across N Ireland who are autistic and/or neurodivergent, who have a disability or a health condition.  empower will support people 16+ to secure careers across all sectors and all levels of careers, and will also support people considering self employment.

Are you 16+ and leaving school or college this year? Empower ‘Launch’ is running over the summer to support autistic and/or neurodivergent young people to launch careers. A combination of skills development, job coaching and having fun, empower ‘Launch’ is a great place to launch a new career!
